THEW Legal Agreements

To access the data from the THEW or to share data with the THEW, your organization is invited to sign legal agreements in order to ensure that the data is : 1) used within a well-defined legal framework, and 2) is appropriately de-idendtified and fully HIPAA compliant before being distributed. Please find the various types of agreements to either share (DSA) or access (DUA) data from our initiative below. The signed document must be emailed to us (see contact information here). The DSA is a template. We invite your organization to modify its content in order to fit your organization legal requirements.
