This database includes six 12-lead recordings (sampling frequency 180Hz) from six individuals who experienced one or multiple episodes of TdPs. These patients had an history of syncope or TdPs, they were subsequently enrolled for a diagnostic test based on dl-sotalol IV (at 2mg/kg body weight). The test was used to unmask latent repolarization abnormalities. Four patients had drug-induced TdPs (dLQTS) while the other two had spontaneously induced TdPs (cLQTS). The TdP events are marked and available for download using the THEW Client application as described in the figure below:
